Photo & Prompt Challenge, Day 1
I've been looking for something to motivate me to start blogging again. So when I saw this challenge on a friends blog I knew this was for me. It's gravy,baby has issued a 31 day photo and prompt challenge and I've chosen to accept it. Every day during March, she’ll post a prompt and I'll answer it either with a photo, a story, or both.
Today's challenge: Post a picture of myself and post 10 facts.
1. My birthday is September 2. I'm 43 yrs old.
2. I'm a native Arizonan. I've lived in Arizona my whole life.
3. I have 6 children -- ages..20, 17, 12, 10, 3 and 4 months
4. I've been married for 19 yrs. Our anniversary is May 31.
5. I am a very big procrastinator, but once I set my mind to doing
something I'll work at it until I'm finished with the task.
6. I would love to have my home cleaned and organized. Who wouldn't,
right? My main problem is procrastinating, 2nd problem is we have
way too much stuff. I do belong to a housecleaning group who gets
together daily to work on cleaning our homes thru chat. Only
problem is I haven't been in chat with my friends consistently in
quite awhile. Due to not having time and computer problems. I
really miss everyone and need to make more of an effort to work
with them again.
7. A family goal this year is to hike the Grand Canyon from north rim to
south rim. We planned on doing this last October, then I found out the
only thing I was going to do in Oct was have a baby. Hopefully this
year we'll make the trip.
8. I play the clarinet. I learned to play in 4th grade and played all the way
thru school until I graduated. Band was always my favorite subject in school.
9. I'm a very loyal and trusting person. I'm a great listener and can be a very
good friend.
10. I would love to travel. I always tell my kids I'm going to move them to
different parts of the US so my dh and I can travel to visit them. Our oldest
son moved to Boston almost 2 yrs ago.
